A three-member panel of the Board for Correction of Naval
Records, sitting in executive session, considered your
application on 25 November 2014. Your allegations of error and
injustice were reviewed in accordance with administrative
regulations and procedures applicable to the proceedings of this
Board. Documentary material considered by the Board consisted
of your application, together with all material submitted in
support thereof, your naval record and applicable statutes,
regulations and policies. The Board also considered the
advisory opinion furnished by the Navy Personnel Command (NPC)
memo of 1430 Ser g12/0297 of 16 Gept 2014. You were sent an
email on 26 September 2014, which requested a copy er your
“honor graduate” page 13 or a letter from the Naval Technical
Training Center, in Meridian Mississippi. You had 30 days to
respond, but failed to do so. Therefore, your case Was
presented to the Board as is.
after careful and conscientious consideration of the entire
recora, the Board found that the evidence submitted was
insufficient to establish the existence of probable material
error or injustice. In making this determination, the Board
- concurred with the comments contained in the advisory opinion.
Accordingly, your application has been denied. The names and
votes of the members of the panel will be furnished upon
request.
It is regretted that the circumstances of your case are such
that favorable action cannot be taken. You are entitled to have
the Board reconsider its decision upon submission of new
evidence within one year from the date of the Board's decision.
